A variety of things are used in the work of the kitchen.  On the other hand, kitchen items are also used in many ways in the rest of the household work.  But when it comes to alum, it is used in the kitchen in many ways, even though it is not a kitchen item.  The exciting thing is that alum is also used for cooking food in the kitchen and cleaning.

So let us tell you today how many ways you can use alum in the kitchen.

Comes to make cheese

If you want to make a paneer at home, you can do so with the help of an alum.  For this, boil the milk and add a pinch of ground alum to it.  While doing this, keep the milk on low flame and keep stirring it continuously.  If you want, you can make a paneer by tearing milk from alum water.  Paneer prepared from alum is very soft.  You can also make vegetables from this paneer and eat it like this too.

Clean kitchen clothes

Put alum in hot water.  After some time, you dip the dirty clothes of the kitchen in it.  Let the clothes soak in the water for 15 minutes.  Then rub the clothes a little with your hands.  By doing this, the kitchen clothes will also be clean, and bacteria will also be free.  If the clothes are filthy and there are stains on them, then you can also mix a little detergent powder with alum in the water.

For cleaning vegetables

There are many liquids available in the market to clean vegetables.  They are also expensive and get exhausted very quickly with regular use.  In such a situation, using only a little alum, you can prepare such a liquid, in which the vegetable can be cleaned by putting it.  You dip the vegetables in a solution of water and alum for 5 minutes and then wipe them and keep them in the fridge.  This also clears the dirt sticking in the vegetable and also kills the bacteria.  You can also mix turmeric and salt in this solution to make it more powerful.

Kitchen floor cleaning

After all the kitchen work is over, you must also clean it.  Instead of ordinary water, you should use alum water for cleaning the kitchen.  For this, you dip a block of alum in water for some time and keep it.  Then remove the block from the water and clean the kitchen slab and floor with the same water.  You can also clean the gas stove with this water.  If there are stubborn stains on the floor or utensils, prepare a thick solution by mixing alum powder, salt, and baking soda, and then clean the dirt with this solution.  You will see cleanliness to a great extent.

Beneficial for health

If you have any stomach-related problems or are experiencing diarrhea, then mix a pinch of alum in water and consume it.  This will give you some relief.  Let us tell you that this is a recipe from your grandmother's era, and you don't need to get instant relief from it.  So use it carefully.
