Introduction
'Paralysis' firstly paralyze is a short time disease. It is not a lifetime. If you take the right precaution at the right time, it is only for 3 to 4 months to the total recovery. If you will not take the right precaution so, it is a long-term disease.
Paralysis is a loss of muscle function in part of your body. It can be localized or generalized, partial or complete, and temporary or permanent. Paralysis can affect any part of your body at any time in your life. If you experience it, you probably won't feel pain in the affected areas.
1. Sign of paralysis
if you will not take care of yourself. If you take a lot of tension and stress or you will not take your medicine on time, paralysis is the main cause.
Sudden weakness on the face or a particular part of the body or one side of the body.
Symptoms
- numbness or pain in the affected muscles.
- Muscle weakness.
- visible signs of muscle loss (muscle atrophy)
- stiffness.
- Involuntary spasms or twitches.
2. Causes of stroke and paralysis
Stroke or paralysis is mainly caused by a blood clot in the brain. If the nerve of a part of the brain gets damaged and blood clots get stuck in the brain, it is a brain stroke or paralysis.
There can be many causes for paralysis, but it is often caused by strokes, usually from a blocked artery in your neck or brain. Some other common causes are nerve injury, poliomyelitis, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, spina bifida, peripheral neuropathy, ALS, botulism, and Guillain–Barré syndrome.
3. treatment
Suppose we will get the right treatment at the right time. Then we handle paralysis. After stroke patient takes 3-4 months to recover from the paralyzes. If the treatment is not on time, it is tough for patients to recover fast. That's why some patients take time.
Occupational therapy can also help a lot. Work on the injuries and practice them as much as possible. Physical therapy may reverse paralysis by rewiring the brain. Some people got great results from alternative treatments like chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture treatment.
4. Exercise
After hospital treatment patient one side of the body is frail. But it is the only thing through an exercise that the patient's strength can be taken back. It is not that exercise should be done for one day and then leave for two days. It has to be done daily.
Passive exercises can be adapted from any active exercises by assisting your affected muscles through the movements. To perform this exercise, slide your arm across the table to 'punch' the water bottle, and then pull your arm back, using your other arm to assist with the movement.
