1.CANO CRYSTALS
Colombia has a river named Cano Cristales located in the Serranía de la Macarena province of Meta, and a tributary of the Guayabero River. The river is commonly called the "River of the Five Colors" or the "Liquid Rainbow" and is famous for its colors. Also called the River of the Five Colours, Kano Crystal is the most spectacular natural wonder in the country. Found in the mountain range of Serrania de la Macarena, the river becomes mesmerizing with amazing colors: vibrant yellow, green, blue, black, and red quiver from below.
2.MAURITIUS
.The second most amazing place in Mauritius, an Indian Ocean island nation known for its beaches, lagoons, and reefs. The mountainous interior includes Black River Gorges National Park, which includes rainforests, waterfalls, hiking trails, and wildlife such as the flying fox. The Champs de Mars Horse Track, the Eureka Plantation House, and the 18th-century Sir Seewosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden are among the landmarks in the capital Port Louis.
3.GATES OF HELL TURKMENISTAN
In the hot, vast Karakum Desert in Turkmenistan, near the 350-person village of Darwaza, there is a 230-foot-wide hole that has been burning fire for more than 50 years. Darwaza Gas Crater is technically called Darwaza Gas Crater, with locals knowing the crater as "The Gates of Hell." Its brilliance can be seen for miles away. The Gates of Hell Crater was created in 1971 when a Soviet drilling rig accidentally entered a huge underground natural gas cavern, causing the ground to collapse and the entire drilling rig to collapse. After puncturing a pocket of gas, toxic fumes began to leak out at an alarming rate. In the face of a potential environmental catastrophe, the Soviets set the hole on fire, thinking it would stop burning within a few weeks. Decades later, and the fiery crater is still going strong. The Soviet drilling rig is believed to be down still somewhere on the other side of the "Gates of Hell.
."
4.LAKE BAIKAL
The 4th Amazing Place is Lake Baikal, the largest freshwater lake globally (by volume) and the deepest lake in the world. Somewhat crescent-shaped, it is in the southern Siberia region of Russia. In 1996 it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. "Lake Baikal is the oldest lake in the world. It is home to about 1,700 to 1,800 endemic plant and animal species," said Jennifer Kastner of the Russia Program for the Pacific Environment. Additionally, due to the lake's depth, it contains 20 percent of the world's freshwater.
5.MAURITANIAS RICHAT
5th Most Amazing Place Mauritania's Richat structure has captured the attention of astronauts for as long as NASA has sent humans into orbit around Earth. This circular geologic feature is thought to be caused by a raised dome—geologists would classify this as a domed online—which has eroded to expose the originally flat rock layers. In this type of geological formation, the exposed rocks at the center of the "bullseye" are older than the rocks that make up the outer ring. The formation spans 45 kilometers (28 mi) and is composed of igneous and sedimentary rocks. Several faults are visible (lower left) where levels that were once continuous have been separated. About 3.7 million people live in Mauritania, although most of the population lives along its Atlantic coast, about 500 kilometers (300 mi) from the Richat Formation.
