Top 5 types of works in education

According to the current concept of education, the main aim of education is to bring about the desired change in the child's behavior.  To fulfill this goal, teachers and curriculum makers prepare curriculum keeping in mind the nature of the child, his needs, abilities, aptitudes, aptitudes, aspirations, experiences, and tasks at different stages of his development.  In education, such functional situations are included under the curriculum to conduct the student's learning process effectively.  The work of effective learning process takes place in the school between the student and the teacher.  At present, the scope of the school has come out of the limited circle of time-bound reading and has taken a wider form, and it is continuously increasing.  All the trends conducted in the schools are part of the curriculum.  Therefore, determining the scope of the curriculum is an equally difficult task. Yet, academics have tried to build the curriculum based on the work under the curriculum.  According to Michael Pollard, the scope of work has to be determined in the formulation of the education curriculum. based on scope.

The tasks are classified into the following five parts-

 (i) Work of Educational Planning Work Before doing any work, it has to be planned.  Planning makes the work easier and faster.  At other times, how to do the work has to be planned.  Do not spend more time than planned.  In the school, emphasis is laid on making a timetable to carry out education in a systematic manner.  Educational planning work develops such a method in which the person decides about his decisions in advance.  The program of educational planning should be done so that children can be saved from negative motivations.  Due to the proper program of educational planning, academic, co-scholastic work, financial management, and sports activities of the students are completed on time in the school.  Due to proper educational planning, there is a communication of interest and enthusiasm among the students.

Hurst has also emphasized incorporating new trends of the open environment in the curriculum. In this, the learner learns by reacting to the action in which some stimuli are in front of them, and only by seeing those stimuli is the student motivated to do the action himself.
