Nurettin Sonmez and Cengiz Coşkun are on a private visit to Pakistan

Nurettin Sonmez and Cengiz Coşkun, who became internationally famous for their performances in "Dirilis: Ertugrul," arrived in Pakistan on Wednesday.

In the successful TV series, Cengiz portrayed Turgut Bey, Ertugrul's close aide, while Nurettin played Bamsi Bey. In the sequel "Kurulus: Osman," the actor repeated his role.

During their tour, the Turkish stars will meet with their Pakistani fans, lawmakers, and local actors.

"Dirilis: Ertugrul" narrates the narrative of Osman's father, the Ottoman Empire's founder.

On Prime Minister Imran Khan's orders, Pakistan Television is airing "Dirilis: Ertugrul" with Urdu dubbing.

 

2;China Quarantine-Free Travel May Come Next Month;

According to the South China Morning Post, which cites an anonymous Chinese health official, Hong Kong travellers might be able to visit mainland China without having to quarantine as early as next month, with movement first confined to Guangdong province.

 

According to the report, a daily quota will be established, and a visitors' health code system would be implemented. During the first trial phase, Shenzhen will be the sole entrance port, and such tourists will be restricted to the province.

According to the newspaper, the first trial might start in mid-December provided the Hong Kong government "manages a flawless roll-out of the system." According to the Post, the city's and Chinese specialists met on Tuesday, and another online conference is scheduled for next week to iron out the intricacies of the passenger tracking mechanism and categorization of their Covid-19 risk levels.

 

Hong Kong has followed a "Covid-zero" approach and has one of the harshest quarantine regimes in the world, prioritising the reopening of its border with China above the rest of the world.
