How can you cope with stress?
Before reading this, I advise you to calm down and read it in a new sense (if you are impatient, read all of this at the end of this article). Look, everything in this place has a source of energy. For example, a light in our house has a key, anyone can turn on the electricity, and anyone can turn it off. But the power button is in the hands of other people like our friends and relatives. As anyone says anything, our good energy is running out ...! Then someone encourages us, and we grow it. All of these are external and temporary sources. But if we want to stay active, we do not have to worry about a light bulb with no external source of power, just an internal reference. By the way, the profound truth is that you do not need to be like the sun; he is the sun; this means that we are all different in this world, not just spoken language.
We have infinite power over us, opportunities, and infinite options, but only at our level of thinking where we are limited. Unlike children, we are not immune to the effects of what others say; we go on. Now, what holds that power?
A sad, depressed, or anxious person remains powerless, or if he has a point, then there is not enough energy. That man was ready to fight, but when he was told he would do the job, he said, no, I couldn't do it. Now comes the question of why we feel unhappy, sad, etc. A list of the main reasons for this is provided below.
Depression
1. Financial problems
The critical point is that if we cannot meet our basic needs, we feel depressed, now the reason for this is money. So we think badly about money, and we start to do strange things. So try to do something when you are financially independent.
2. When our expenses are higher than our income.
Initially, if we want to buy something, we try to buy it at a lower price. If we don't have it, then don't buy it. It's simple, but most people don't understand it. We must try to use that money according to our budget to live a carefree life.
3. Comparisons also create stress.
When we compare ourselves with someone higher than we are when we feel down, however, when we compare ourselves with the person behind us, we feel pressure to think about what that person will do if we chase after him. So my advice is never to try to be like others.
4. Expectations
One line that covers everything you expect is, "I don't like the world as it is. I want it to be this way." And when you do this, or you try to change it, and even if you can, you feel defeated. As our limited understanding, we think that if we can change one thing, we can change that thing again, and then there will be a tendency to believe in what is expected and create stress in our minds.
The more we analyze all of this, the more we understand it. Now another complete story says:
We have to get our skills and move on. And, first, increase the value, and you need it. In the end, the best way to live is to think about the whole world. Nothing needs to be changed. If you have ever tried to change the world according to your expectations, it is guaranteed that you feel depressed.
