The # 1 fear people have when they put money into a home press (or any other gym) that they won't use.
You know the story. It is released, you set it up and enjoy it for a few days… and then it stays… waiting.
A few months down the road, you realize just how dusty it is and how much space it takes. And you remember how much weight you are willing to lose if you use it faithfully every day. But now, unfortunately, it doubles as a clothing store.
Do not be afraid. This article will help you to make sure that this does not happen.
The treadmill provides the best workout for the heart and is still the first exercise machine for losing weight. So it is an investment in your life that will pay off big profits… when you are ready to make a big profit out of it!
Here are 5 easy ways to get the most out of your home TREAMMER:
# 1) Do your research first
Be sure to look at what each treadmill offers and compare it to your different needs.
For example, if you live in a condo and/or like clean and tidy things, a foldable printer may be better suited. If you are looking for a folding treadmill, do you prefer a hand-rolled treadmill (such as a folding printer), or are you looking for a shock-absorbing roll-down machine that is easy to move?
If you like to drink water during your workout, make sure someone has a bottle of water installed in the treadmill console (it may surprise you how many treadmills do not have this feature.)
Are you easily bored and need a challenge? What about getting a printer with multiple user programs or one compatible with iFit?
These things may seem small and may even cost you more money, but if it means you will actually enjoy your exercise, it will benefit you!
# 2) Place the treadmill in a 'happy place.
By 'rejoice,' I mean good lighting, openness, and renewal. Do not place it to face an empty wall when walking or running. I've tried this, and the performance doesn't last long! If you get bored easily, keep it in front of the TV or look out the window where you can have a spectacular view while working.
Rooms and spaces have 'sound' conditions in them, which will affect your operation's success. Make sure your treadmill is located in an area that makes you feel energized, happy, and refreshed mentally.
# 3) Prepare your exercise arsenal BEFORE the printing press arrives.
Do you enjoy listening to fast music while exercising? Do you like watching your favorite movies? What about reading magazines? What motivates you to exercise and feel better?
Collect your favorite magazines. Fix these items even before your printer arrives, and you will be three-quarters of the way there. Have several exercises or CDs of your choice. Find your favorite movies or shows on the tap.
By having a ‘workout’ stash around your treadmill, you will be motivated to exercise, AND you will not be caught wandering around looking for something to do when you want to start exercising.
Again, this may seem simple, but it works. Why do you think gyms with magazines, televisions, and CD players are useful?
# 4) Make an exercise plan.
Before you start exercising, try to make a plan, the path to your body is challenging. Writing down how long and what kind of exercise you will do in weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., you will get yourself a sense of accomplishment.
Remember that every time you exercise, you are planting the seeds of the dream body you want.
With a plan, you can see how many seeds you have planted (and how long it will take to start reaping the results!) Have fun with it, and you will be motivated to achieve your health goals (and get maximum benefits from your treadmill!)
# 5) Track your progress
Ok, this is related to # 4, but it is more than just ongoing. By tracking your daily progress, you get a great feeling of turning snowballs into great fuel-burning effects.
I suggest you have 'low goals' such as "I'll go for at least 10 minutes." or "I'll do it 5-30 times." This is easy to do, and you will probably go further - which will encourage you more and increase your sense of accomplishment.
And, of course, you also get the most out of your treadmill!
Those are 5 ways to make good use of a home printing press. Just remember that even a little preparation will pay off in the long run.
