We live in a busy and uncertain world where every minute of violence and chaos surrounds us. We are busy and busy from every angle and pouring professionalism and commercials. Like many of us, I am looking to relax my mind and break the constant information overload to provide the meditative art practiced by many great religions, such as Buddhism, after many years of study and examination. I am trying to find a simple Five step formula that will help me discover the inner peace I want to come out with.
Step 1 - Find a quiet, quiet place.
The first step to releasing your inner peace is finding a place to meditate and be safe without any interruptions. Some of the places you might consider are on the garden floor, near the river, or if you are like me and committed to the city, sitting in your lounge is enough. However, there are some important things you need to consider -
Traffic noise should be reduced.
There is nothing worse than meditating to hear the sound of an air brake when a truck stops or an ambulance or police car passes by.
Get rid of distractions
..
When you first start meditating, you may find it difficult to get started, but with a little practice, which is the fun part, you will get better with it, but with less attention from your child in the early stages. Will break. Or makes the noise much harder.
You feel safe
What society is like today, you should feel good before you start your meditation. If you feel insecure, you will find it very difficult to get rid of your worries and especially your thoughts.
Be comfortable
Most attention ranges are usually 20 minutes. When you first start, you may find that it takes about 10 minutes to reach a resting state, so make sure you are sitting on a comfortable surface before beginning the meditation process. I believe floor sitting is big, but if you find it difficult to sit upright for long, sit against the wall. Doing so will help you understand how safe you are. If you feel more comfortable sitting in a chair, try to meditate this way. I do not recommend sitting on the couch because if you are at risk of falling asleep and it is great before bed, it is not recommended due to the meditative process.
Step 2 - Use light incense.
Depending on where you are, you may find that light sunlight can help you break down barriers when you first start meditating if you are like me, constantly hesitant and stressed, you may find it very difficult to focus your attention when you first stop because your blood is buzzing with a light incense-like lavender. Using definitely helps.
You can buy incense from many stores such as Chinese Food Stores, Oriental Food Stores, or some Mystic Stores, and there are many places on the web where you can buy light incense. Be aware that in some countries, it is illegal to buy incense by mail order and therefore only buy from a reputable dealer with whom you will never know what you are importing.
Step 3 - Turn on some quiet music.
The adage “Music Suits the Savage Beast” is never a true statement when trying to find your inner peace world. Playing some soothing music will definitely help calm the buzz that arises in your mind after a hard day, but be very careful about the music you choose. You need to make sure that you choose music that slows you down instead of increasing your heart rate.
Many meditation gurus recommend music such as running water, strong currents, or great outdoor noise, which is perfectly suited to this process, but the music from baroque periods was very useful to me.
There are special elements in the music of this period that will suit you and help you find that inner peace. Baroque music is made at 60 beats per minute, which our hearts need to do to have fun. Some research suggests that listening to music at 60 beats per minute increases the calming alpha waves on the left and right sides of the brain. The result is that as you play the tune, you calm down and relax. Research has shown that this "alpha state" can help your learning process, creativity, and, most importantly, be more relaxed.
Step 4 - Pay attention to your breathing. Inhale and exhale
Now that we have the essentials to meditate, it’s time for you to try. My favorite way to sit while I meditate is to cross my legs, open my palms and put my hands on my knees. If you can't cross your legs, sit with your legs upright. When you sit in a chair, stretch your legs slightly and place your hands on your knees.
, You need to repeat this process constantly, but there are some important things to keep in mind as you do. When you first start meditating, when you relax, the things that bothered you during the day will come to light again, and your mind will come forward and let us know about you. Because if you don’t, you will be under more pressure than you started. 5, The next step on the path to peace is to close your eyes, take a deep breath, and slowly exhale. As you breathe in, go into the depths of darkness and clear your mind.
If you find it difficult to quit, try this method. Inhale slowly, focus on number one in your mind and focus on the number as you breathe.
