Breakups are tough, especially when you are in an emotionally attached relationship. No matter how much amount of time you may have spent together but it always feels bad. Your heart feels heavy, and nothing seems fine.
Here are some steps on how you can get over a breakup easily.
1 Acceptance
Acceptance is the key to move on from a breakup. Accept that the person you loved is no longer with you.
Talk to them. Ask them the reason for the breakup. Find your answers and explanations. And once you get your answers, stop asking them again and again. Even if they don't give you any reasons, accept that this person was not meant to be with you.
It is better to be alone than to be with someone unsure about you or his feelings.
2 Indulge in a hobby.
After a breakup sitting alone and clinging to memories is not a good idea. It is okay to miss them sometimes but not always.
Get yourself a hobby, pick up a new book, join dancing classes. Take care of your health. Do anything that makes you happy.
Cut them off from your social media accounts. Stop talking to their friends to know how they are doing. Don't create fake accounts to talk to them. Obviously, it is hard to stay away from them, and our heart yearns for them. But don't forget that if they wanted to keep in contact, they would have.
So instead of thinking about what they are doing in their life, focus on yourself. Focus on your physical and mental health. And keep yourself involved in things.

3 Don't blame yourself
After a breakup, you often find yourself blaming for it. Stop it immediately. It was no one's fault, so why blame yourself unnecessarily. Understand some people are not meant to be with you, and that is fine.
Stop magnifying things and stop putting yourself down. Don't idealize your partner. It is fine if you remember their good qualities. But at the same time, don't forget why you broke up.
There is a strong reason for the breakup, so don't forget that. There are many people out there who are waiting for a person just like you. Don't put yourself under pressure that if would have done this or that.
Don't overanalyze. Just be yourself and trust the process.
4 Re-connect with friends and family.
While being in a relationship, we often get distant from our friends and family. Obviously, it is never intentional. But sometimes, you are so in love that you cannot see anything other than that person.
After a breakup, we become vulnerable. Just don't be alone at home and get soaked in pain and memories. Try to re-connect with your support system. Be it your friends, family, or any other association.
You need love and support after a breakup. That warmth of loved ones is really a healing agent. Talk to your loved ones and vent out what you are feeling. Don't bottle up your feelings inside. This breakup is their loss, not yours.
5. Don't take it to heart.
Never take a breakup to your heart. Don't make one breakup the end of the world. Get into your mind that there is no hope now. A person once gone is gone forever.
Don't create those imaginary situations in your mind that they are coming back. Get it straight that they are not. Life is bigger than this breakup. Always remember that.
Getting over a breakup may be difficult, but it is never impossible. Never stop trusting yourself. You deserve all the beautiful things in the world.
You are precious with a heart of gold. The right person will come at the right time, and you will feel perfect.
