5. Gold-crest
Gold-crest is the world's Fifth-smallest bird. The 9 cm lengthy and 6 g heavy Gold-crest is found in European islands and migrates in winter. They normally remain alone, but sometimes also fly with other birds. They mostly prefer areas containing numerous mature trees and dense undergrowth. They are identified by their yellow crown with black edges.
Gold-crests found their food in tree branches and barks. They rely on spiders and small insects for their survival. Their life duration is an utmost two years. Both male and female help in the formation of nests. Female birds, alone, incubate the eggs for fifteen days.
4. Golden headed Cisticola
Golden headed bird, with an 8 cm length, is the world's fourth-smallest bird. Small, grayish Gold headed birds with their short tails are found in northern and southern grasslands of Australia. Male birds have orange-colored crowns. They mostly remain hidden in dense grass, while their presence can be identified by their whistling sounds. During the breeding season, they fly above the grasslands.
Golden headed birds relies on seeds and below ground insects for their food. Both male and female form rounded nests, and the female bird incubates the eggs.
3. Pardalote
It is the world's third-smallest bird, with 7-9 cm in length. They are mostly found in Australia, and they stay away from the arid regions. Due to their presence in Eucalyptus canopies, they can not be seen easily. However, they are visible during their feeding time. They keep eucalyptus trees healthy by eating insects that weakened the tree.
They are mostly recognized due to their white striped wings and yellow-spotted eyes with white eyebrows. Female Pardalote lays three to five eggs.
2. Weebill
Weebill, with the size of 6 cm long, is the world's second-smallest bird, and it is found in Australia. Due to their gray feet and pale yellow eyes, they are easily identified. They are also known as musical Wee-bill due to their clear and pleasing sound.
Wee-bill is found in the woodlands of Australia. They fly mostly in the upper area of trees and with the help of the other birds, they collect insects for their food. Their breeding starts in July and extended to November. Female Weebill lay two to three eggs. Young birds are distinct from adults due to their gray eyes.

Bee Hummingbirds are the world's smallest birds that are found in Cuba. The size of Bee Hummingbird is two to three inches and their weight is just two grams. Their pinkish feathers make them more beautiful. Male has iridescent crown while female lack crown.
Bee hummingbirds eat insects and pollen vectors. It visits almost 1500 flowers per day and thus helps in pollination by transferring pollen from one plant to another.
During flights, Bee Hummingbird beats their wings 80-200 times per second. Their nests are almost an inch and their eggs are about the coffee bean size. The eggs hatch after 15 days of incubation.
