People want to know that kind of magical remedy or products which work overnight and give results like magic!
But there are no such things that happened with the safe or natural side of skincare.

But there are a lot of natural ways which are safe as well as affordable.
So, Yess, how can we forget to discuss the primary skincare basic routine, which is called the CTM routine.
What is the CTM routine?

C = Cleansing
T = Toning
M = Moisturizing

Let's know about ctm in detail.
CTM is that routine that makes our skin healthier and prettier without too much effort.
1. C = Cleansing

So girls and boys, without cleaning, we can't make our skin impurities accessible, so Cleansing is an essential step to follow TWICE a day.
Most oily skin people think if they wash their face so many times with face wash/soap/cleanser, their skin will be more oil-free.
But! It was nothing like this.
Washing too much will harm your skin cells and tissues and dry out the natural moisture from your skin.
Causes = skin dullness, roughness, dry flakes, too much oil production, and early age wrinkles.
So, what should we do?
Steps to using a cleanser correctly:-

- Remove your makeup first. ( by using any face oil or makeup remover)
- Wash your hands.
- Wash your face with water ( this is called the double Cleansing process)
- Take a tiny amount of your face wash on your palm.
- Add few drops of water.
- Make leather in your hand.
- Now apply it on your face and massage well.
- Don't rub your face with face wash; gently massage your face, neck, and ears.
- Do not massage for more than 1 minute.
- Wash with water.

2. T = Toning
So, Toning is important?

Yes, of course, we oily and Acne-prone skin types face a widespread problem called open pores and early oily face issues.
Toning helps to shrink your open pores and clean the remaining oil or makeup left by washing your face even with your face wash.

- After washing or pat drying your face.
- Take a cotton pad/ball and put the toner in it.
- Now apply the toner with a cotton pad/ball in a wiping way all over your face, then the ear, and at last your neck.
- Don't apply the cotton pad/ball again on the face after wiping from the neck.
- If you are using the toner with the help of a spray bottle, you don't need any cotton pad/ball. Simply spray 2-3 times and dab your face with your hands.
