- Pumpkin seeds - It contains 32 g of protein per 100 g. It can be better consumed by making milk shakes. Take 1 glass of milk, add 1 teaspoon of sugar & 1 tablespoon of dried pumpkin seeds powder and mix well in a mixy jar. Pour it into a glass and add 2 ice cubes.
- Beef (31 g per 100 g) - It can be intaked as soup. Take cutted pieces of properly cleaned beef (1 Kg) in a pressure cooker, add 1 table spoon of ginger & garlic paste, curry leaves, following by sufficient amount of salt, quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder & 1 teaspoon of pepper powder. Mix it well & cook under pressure without adding water. After properly cooked, serve it in a bowl.
- Peanut (26 g per 100 g) - Take a pressure cooker, put raw peanuts, add 1 teaspoon of salt & add some water, allow to cook it. After cooking it, transfer it to another vessel and drain its water thoroughly. Now it's ready to eat, after removing it's covering.It can also dry fried without its shells and taken as snacks.
- Peanut butter (25 g per 100 g) - It's too easy way of making. Just make sandwiches with slices of bread & peanut butter in between it.Also it can be rubbed over chappathi, rolled & taken as breakfast.
- Mutton (25 g per 100 g) - it's nutrients can be better utilised by making soup. Its cooking procedure is same as beef. Take cutted pieces of properly cleaned mutton (1 Kg) in a pressure cooker, add 1 table spoon of ginger & garlic paste, curry leaves, following by sufficient amount of salt, quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder & 1 teaspoon of pepper powder. Mix it well & cook under pressure without adding water. After properly cooked, serve it in a bowl. Extra ingredients can be added to it to increase it's taste. Mutton is cooked along with its bone, which is more good for health.
