UK Conservative politician Michael Gove accused Liz Truss of taking a "vacation from reality"

 Michael Gove, the UK Environment Secretary, has accused Liz Truss, the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, of lying to Parliament.

 

Michael Gove, made the accusation in a written answer to a question from Labor MP Stephen Doughty.

 

Doughty had asked Michael Gove, how much money the Government had set aside to fund projects to help the environment.

 

Michael Gove, replied: "I am not aware of any such figure."

 

But Truss had earlier said in a written reply to a different question that the Government had set aside £200 million to fund projects to help the environment.

 Addis Ababa: While flying, Ethiopian Airlines pilots asleep midair.

 While flying Ethiopian Airlines, pilots were found to be asleep for up to 30 minutes at a time. Investigators discovered that the pilots were using a sleep aid, known as collided, which is not approved for use in airplanes. The pilots were awake and able to control the aircraft when the sleep aid was discontinued. The airline has since discontinued the use of collided and has implemented a new policy that requires at least eight hours of rest before flight.
