This show is full of drama, like so much drama. If you are into the suspense and thriller-type shows, then this one is for you. Just a few minutes after the first episode, you will see that someone was murdered, and for the rest of the first season, you will have to find out who the murderer was. In each episode, I was sure that he was a character, and the next, I thought, "No, I'm completely wrong, it's that guy!"
One thing that I love about this show is that you will support good characters but also the bad ones. The character development is pretty unique in this show, which is why you will also root for all the good guys because they are so well written. When I got into the third season, the bad guys were starting to grow on me, and I liked them.
So it's a show to watch, and you will certainly like it.
SEX/LIFE(2 Seasons)
This hot and heavy show is definitely for you if you want something steamy to watch tonight. This show follows Billie, who is not very happy with her sexual life as she is in her mid-30s and is a mother of 2 children. She is constantly thinking about her boyfriend from her college days and always having good sex with him. Her husband is not very active in the sex life, and that's why she worried and started writing her sexual experiences into a sex diary.
Her husband sees the sex diary, and after that, all eight episodes revolve around that only, which at one point seems dull if you are looking for a story in this show, but if you are here for some gooey, then this is the perfect binge for you.
CALIFORNICATION(7 Seasons)
When you see Hank Moody living all your fantasies like having sex with different girls every day, then at some point, you start to feel yourself into the character, even if that's just for some time. I want to warn you that please complete all your work before starting this show because once you have begun this, you will finish this in one go. It's that ADDICTIVE.
If you think it's just sex stuff that is filled within this show, then you are so wrong. At one point, you will get that feel-good experience as you start to enter Hank Moody's life and his different partners. It's an entertaining show that will keep you hooked for episode one after the other. The episodes are also concise, just 30 minutes which also makes it very engaging to watch.
This show is filled with tragic comedy that will give you laughter for so long.
MASTERS OF SEX (4 Seasons)
This is that one show that will have to watch by every teacher to teach sex education in the schools. It's that good.
This story is of one scientist who wants to get a Nobel Prize for research on the Science of Human Sexuality. Yes, it sounds weird, but this show is not odd as it goes deep down on topics like masturbation, sex, premature ejaculation, and whatnot. The doctor and his secretory do weird experiments on patients, and that's what makes this show entertaining. Your perspective is about to change on how you see sex as a topic.
This show is inspired by real life, which is hard to believe at first, but as you go deep into it, it starts to make sense why any doctor would like to do such experiments on their patients. One of the best topics it touches on is female sexuality, and this show shows us the mirror about how wrong we were about SEX. Each episode in this show is about 1 hour long, which might not be for everyone, but these long episodes are worth it.
THE NAKED DIRECTOR(2 Seasons)
This show follows the story of a Japanese soft-porn director Muranishi Toru. The softporn has been around Japan for almost more than 40 years, and Muranishi Toru has been one of the creative directors in this sub-genre of movies.
It is a highly entertaining show which will keep you hooked for both two seasons. This show clearly shows the rise and fall of the director involving of 2 seasons. During the second season, we see Muranishi make obsessive decisions one after another, culminating in him doing something he explicitly stated he would never do in the first season. That is season 2 summed up in just one line, but it is an excellent show that you will surely love.
The cinematography is insane in this one, and the acting is also top-notch.
