1. Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal is a great historical monument is located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, at the bank of the Yamuna river. It is made up of white marbles, which gives it a bright look. 

It is built by King Shah Jahan in memory of Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Mumtaz was his wife, and he loved her his wife very much. After her death, he became distraught and built it in her memory. 

Taj Mahal looks very beautiful in the silver night of the full moon. Every year thousands of people come to Agra to see its beauty. The Taj Mahal is the seventh wonder of the world.

2. Red fort

Red fort was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in New Delhi. It is more popularly known as Lal Kila. It was constructed in the 17th century. In 2007 it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Red for is the utmost sign of Mughal power. The Red Fort is known for its large sandstone walls enclosing the structure. It was made after 9 years and few months of hard work. 

Lots of visitors come here to visit it every year from various countries. It is a very beautiful kila. 

3 . Golden Temple

Golden temple is situated in Amritsar, Punjab. It is the most sacred temple for Sikhs. The Sikhs worldwide wish to visit it and pay obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib in their Adams. It was completed by September 1604. 

Lots of visitors come to see it every year. Its architecture represents a unique harmony between Muslims and Hindu. 

 It is really one of the beautiful temples in the world. Its beauty attracts visitors. Thousands of visitors come here to enjoy its beauty.

4. Gateway of India

The gateway of India was built to celebrate and honor the visit of King George V  and Queen Mary to India in December 1911 in Mumbai. 

The Gateway of India was designed by Scottish architect George Wittet. The structure is built with yellow basalt stones enmeshed reinforced concrete at the foundation.

It is located in Mumbai near the Taj hotel. Local people almost every year come to visit it. So thousands of visitors come to Mumbai to see it from many countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Bangladesh, etc. 

5. Hawa Mahal

Hawa Mahal is located in the heart of the beautiful Pink City .of Jaipur,  Rajasthan, India. It is one of the most tourist attractions and prominent landmarks of the city renowned for its rich culture. 

It is built in 1799 Maharaja Sawai  Pratap Singh. Jaipur city is called Pink City. Beautiful most of the buildings,  mahals, and houses are painted pink, so it looks totally pink. 

Lots of tourists come to see this city and Hawa Mahal. Hawa Mahal is very bei. It is big in size. From various count, people come here on vacation. 

Architectural Style:  Blend of Hindu Rajput and the Islamic Mughal Architecture.
