Top 5 mistakes I made (and you should try not to make them yourself)

Top 5 mistakes I made (and you should try not to make them yourself)

Today I would like to share with you what are the 5 biggest mistakes I've made:

#1 Work for a salary at the end of the month

  I forced my body. Literally.

I sold my body to my job, to my strict working hours, to my “boss”, to the Department of Education, which was the one who controlled my schedules, tasks, and responsibilities.

.Well, basically in "surviving" within the system: paying rent for the apartment where I lived, car insurance, maintenance and gasoline, water, electricity and gas bills, taxes, commissions to banks, food, and maintenance, leisure... come on, what does everyone do!

Working only for pay is wasting your valuable life, living a mediocre life when you could live a "luxury" life.

#2 Not saying what I thought

You can't imagine how many times I kept quiet about things that I didn't like or didn't seem right to me, just out of fear.

  • Fear that they will be angry with me

  • Fear of hurting others

  • Fear of being rejected

  • Fear that they don't love me

  • Fear that they would stop talking to me

  • Fear…

And all that was silent became more and more entrenched in my body, to the point that it began to hurt, and a lot.

I always suffered from hoarseness (does it fit with what I'm telling you, doesn't it?) and whenever I went to a therapist they told me that the 5th chakra (the one of communication and expression) was blocked.

When I began to empower my life, I realized that what I was doing was the stupidest thing that could exist.

#3 Maintain relationships out of necessity

The feeling of lack of love is very bad. I'm sure you recognize it too.

When I had not yet fully recognized myself, I often kept looking outside for what I did not find inside.

The love that I did not give fully to myself, I looked for it outside, and what "better" way than to look for love in the arms of another person?

I often had excellent relations and/or friendships with boys who, deep down, did not contribute much (or anything) to my life. But at that time they became a great "cover" that eased my pain and made me feel "loved" for a while.

#4 I made an effort to do things that I didn't feel like doing

I was raised in the sacrifice mentality.

My father, the kindest and most altruistic person in the world that I have ever met, also strongly instilled in me that making efforts for others.

His name is Haque, and it is not by chance that many people call him “Haque, the great”. That may seem very nice... yes... you have many friends, many people who love you, many people who praise you, many people who applaud you... but paying a very high price: your valuable time.

#5 Believing that by being a civil servant “I already had everything”

 Another BIG MISTAKE!

I perfectly remember the pride I felt when I passed that exam and got my position as a civil servant as a Primary Education teacher.

Since what everyone said to me was: "How lucky you are!" "Who were you!" “Work for life, what a bargain!” and other comments like that… I could only be glad about it.

And I must admit that for many years it was great for me. In that civil servant title.

I, who had my salary, my 2 months of vacation as a teacher, my 10 days of Easter and 3 weeks at Christmas, my double payments (which the government took away from us a few years ago)… how could I ever complain?!

Maybe I didn't complain to society (because not everything was black and white, I liked my job!), but you don't know about the complaints that we teachers constantly "vomit" in school circles and in the corridors.

And now I clarify: FOR ME (for me it is not a bargain to be a civil servant)

Why?

Because…

  • I want MORE time for myself.

  • I want to decide the hours of my working day.

  • I want to have MORE freedom.

  • I want to be able to aspire to a higher salary by working fewer hours.

  • I want to go on a trip without having to wait for a vacation.

  • I don't want a chorizo government to keep part of my money

  • I don't want to wait until I retire to start making my dreams come true (what if I die before then?)

For all this, now for now I have parked that civil service, and I HAVE DECIDED TO TRANSFORM MY LIFE!
