BLACKHOLE:
A black hole is a place in space where gravity pulls so much that even light can not get out. The gravity is so strong because matter has been squeezed into a tiny space. This can happen when s star dying. Because no light can get out, people can’t see black holes. They are invisible. Space telescopes with special tools can help find black holes.

 

 

• INTRODUCTION
There are many ways to form  a black hole we can summarise them in three main  categories:
• Stellar black holes
• Intermediate bla in CK hole
• Supermassive black holes
The main difference between these is their mass and origin; now we’ll see how they form.
• STELLAR BLACK HOLES
• When a star burns through the last of its fuel, the nucleus goes to collapse, while the outer layers are expelled in a more or less violent way. For smaller stars ( those up to about three times the sun‘s mass), the new core will become a neutron star or a white dwarf.

 


Black holes formed by the collapse of individual stars are relatively small, and they consume the dust and gas from their surrounding galaxies, which keeps them growing in size. • INTERMEDIATE BLACK HOLES
• Recent research has revealed that black holes can exist in the midsize.

• Alternatively, they could form stellar black holes, and after feeding several stars, they become larger.
• Finally, they may exist in the heart of dwarf galaxies. However, there have been hints that they exist, but they have proved very difficult to be detected.
• When a star collapses with a mass of 100 or thousands of suns, it creates an intermediate black hole.

 


• SUPERMASSIVE BLACK HOLES
• Stellar black holes populate the universe, but supermassive black holes dominate it.
• These objects are millions or even billions of times as massive as the sun, but they have about the same size.
• Supermassive black holes may result from thousands of the tiny black holes that merge, but some of them are created directly by the collapse of huge amounts of gas( like Quasar).
