In a patriarchal society, whatever role women play, they are always under the control of some man, whether in father, son, husband, brother, etc.
Need and Importance of Interaction and Identity:-
1. To run the social system smoothly, the social system can run smoothly only when both men and women get equal. It is also pointless to imagine a social system without women. Thus, women are an integral part of society. They should have complete freedom to contact social organizations, family, religion, caste, community, school, etc., to establish their separate identities. Their interaction is essential in running the social system smoothly to get an idea of their importance and powers.
2. To keep women separate from the process of progress and development for the sake of progress and development cannot be said to be appropriate. Thus, without women, the progress and development of family, society, and nation are not possible. Women will be able to contribute fully only when they get opportunities to contact social organizations and institutions; they can interact with them. Thus there is a great need for social interaction and recognition of women to pave the way for progress and development.
3. In Indian democracy, women or men everyone has equal rights for universal education. Universal education has been provided by the constitution for all boys and girls in the age group of 6 to 14 years without any discrimination. This dream of universal education is being hindered by the patriarchal system because many conservatives believe what women will do by studying and writing when their work is family. Therefore, they should not be taught and written. Thus the interaction of women with society and social organizations and the need to build identity is essential for universal education.
4. Establishment of democratic values, such as equality, freedom, justice, etc., is never possible by treating women with low status to establish democratic values. In the patriarchal and patriarchal system, the interests of women are neglected at every step. From the point of view of democratic values, there is no discrimination between men and women. Still, some special facilities have also been provided to women to improve their miserable conditions. Women have all kinds of freedom, equality, and justice. Therefore, they should be given ample opportunities to identify their existence and interact with social organizations. Only then can real democratic values be established and protected.
5. To eliminate superstition and evils, superstitions and evils related to women are highest in our society because men are at the center of the social system, are capable, and no blame is given to the capable. In our society, if a woman becomes a widow, then it is her fault; even if she gives birth to a daughter, she is still guilty, she is responsible for special types of worship, fasting, social rules, and laws that apply to her and the witch, barren, Disrespect is given to the woman by the use of words that harm the soul, etc. In such social conditions, women will get a strong identity due to the eradication of superstitions and evils that have been going on for years. For which the interaction of women with social organizations is essential.
