Let's talk about home remedies that are effective in treating mild to moderate acne. Here are five of these scientifically supported supervisors.
1) Apple cider vinegar:
Use apple cider vinegar on your face. Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple cider or juice extracted from pressed apples. As it is important to note that applying apple cider vinegar to your skin can cause heat and irritation, so it should be used in small amounts, frequently and diluted with water.
2) Zinc Supplement:
Zinc is an important component of cells. Growth hormone production, metabolism and immune function are one of the most widely studied natural therapies for acne research showing that people with acne are more likely to have low levels of zinc in their blood, those compared to fair skin.
A few studies have shown that taking oral zinc life reduces acne.
In the study, 48 patients were given oral zinc supplements three times a day. Eight weeks later, 38 patients received 80 to 100 percent of their acne dose. The exact dose of acne zinc has not been established, but few studies have shown a significant decrease in acne using 30 to 45 milligrams of zinc elemental per day.
3) Honey and Cinnamon Mask:
A study of honey and cinnamon masks found that using antioxidants on the skin is more effective in reducing acne than benzoyl peroxide, and we know that honey and cinnamon have antibacterial properties, and they reduce the inflammation that causes two acne.
How to make a honey and cinnamon mask?
It's easy, you have to mix two tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon, together to make a dough. After cleansing, apply the mask on your face and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Clean the mask thoroughly and keep your face dry.
4) Fish oil:
Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are amazingly healthy fats that provide many health benefits. You should get these fats in your diet, but research shows that most people who eat a typical Western diet do not get enough of that, they offer many health benefits.
Fish oil contains two main types of omega-3 fatty acids: namely, eicosapentaenoic acid or (EPA)which is a weak acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
EPA benefits the skin in many ways including controlling oil production, maintaining adequate flow and preventing high levels of oil and acne. DHA has been shown to reduce inflammatory substances that may reduce the risk of acne.
5) Exfoliation:
The fifth step you can take in your home is to grow it. Exfoliation is believed to improve acne by removing cells, blocking pores, and is believed to make acne treatment on the skin more effective by allowing them to penetrate deeper when the top layer of skin is removed.
