Top 5 hand washing mistakes

The effectiveness of your hand-washing depends on whether you use soap and what type of soap you use, the temperature of your water doesn't really matters,
And how long you scrub your hands, how vigorously you scrub your hands and how you dry your hands.

This all seems silly and very little, but yes that's what matters and that's how you need to work on improving urself by washing your hands rightly.

Some basic information which you need to know is what are the mistakes you are doing whilst choosing your soaps ans whilst using it.
Look into some very basic but yet very important points which helps you to know how and what shoap to use.

1) You might be using antibacterial soaps.

Yah!  You heard it right.
It matters , every little thing does really matter for cleanliness.
If you know that the FDA has taken some action against ingredients in antibiotic soaps, some soaps have Benzalkonium Chloride which inturn causes allergy problems in humans, severe skin, eye and respiratory irritation.

2) Try using a bar soap

Try to buy soaps which are homemade and which are free from harmful chemicals.
Rinse off the bar in running water before lathering up to wash away the germy goop. And always store soap out of water (i.e., not in a wet bathtub), allowing it to dry between uses.
That way, theres no moist environment for germs to flock to in the first place.
If youre washing for long enough, the germs originally sitting on the bar will most likely wash off.

3) Don't use refilled dispenser

Not all but some refilled dispensers are problematic, especially in public areas. Instead you may want to travel with your own little bottle of castile soap since antibacterial ingredients are common in public places.

4) There's no need of hot water to wash hands.

There's a misconception that hot water kills germs, so do your skin and Earth a favor, and turn down the heat.

5) Don't rush when you wash your hands

People usually end up washing hands just in 6-8 seconds, ufffff how hard it is to just give a simple and 20 seconds to the minimum of your time to wash your hands???
Your meals on table will be waiting for you no matter if you wash your hands with peace yah???

Give yourself a try to wash your hands always for 20 seconds at the least. It is not more. REMEMBER! Lather your hands for 20 seconds before rinsing them off.

Hand sanitizer, choose one with a minimum of 60 percent alcohol and that’s unfragranced, or fragranced with essential oils.

Cleanliness is something which should be focused and should always be first priority.

One more important point to be noted

To reduce your environmental impact when using paper towels, reach for one towel every time you wash your hands in a public restroom. Remember you don’t need four,  six or ten.

Hope this information benefits each one of you, read it and share it as sharing will help people understand that even simple and basic information is very important to keep oneself clean and tidy.
