Top 5 Habits That Will Change Your Life
Most people think that you must make drastic changes if you want a drastic difference in your life. This is false information and can discourage people from going after a positive change in their life.
The truth is that just creating a few new small habits can greatly impact how your day goes in overall life. There is always room for self-improvement, and making a few little adjustments can change your life.
Here are 5 little habits that will change your life.
1. Stay hydrated
By now, we've all heard many benefits of drinking water-more energy, clearer skin, and better digestion. But that doesn't mean we always follow through.
We should make it a habit to drink a glass of water first thing every morning. Think of it as a great way to fuel your body. Dehydration can make us feel hungry, tired, and cranky. If we are dehydrated, we eat more, make poor choices, and reach unhealthy beverages like soda. So it is recommended to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day to avoid dehydration.

2. Read Books
Reading is the best way to enhance your knowledge and prompt creativity. Immersion reading(reading very deeply) also improves focus and has a calming effect, like meditation. Moreover, reading before bedtime can help you sleep better.
Non-fiction books are an excellent tool to develop new ideas and seek motivation. They also offer actionable advice on how to overcome all types of challenging situations through real-world examples.

3. Correct Posture
The bad news for all the slouchers is that your posture might be affecting your physical and mental health. You should practice better posture for overall health by straightening your back, relaxing your shoulders, and stopping looking down at your phone.
Work on improving your posture throughout your workday. If you find difficulty improving your posture, you can also try setting reminders through phone alerts or sticky notes around you, or you can set a note as your phone wallpaper to remind you to correct your posture every time you check the phone or read a text message.

4. Mindfully manage your money
One of the top habits of successful people is that they are mindful money managers. Spending can be habitual and automatic when we get into the routine of swiping a MasterCard every time.
It can quickly spiral out of control and become a dangerous mess. One of the simplest ways to get in the habit of mindful money management is to take some time off from spending altogether. This can be a challenge, but when it's over, you'll be amazed at how much more you think before swiping that card again.
Make it your habit to examine your bank account and budget daily, just five minutes a day, checking that things are going smoothly or not. Put your money back in your wallet each time you are about to spend.
Just wait and see how quickly it adds up.

5. Learn to single-task
Only 2 percent of the people in the entire world can multitask successfully. Constant juggling between too many tasks limits your focus and concentration and contributes to mental chaos by making it difficult for your brain to filter out irrelevant information.
Moreover, according to a study conducted by Stanford University, multitasking can lower your efficiency and may impair your cognitive control. This is why you should try to single-task as much as possible. Make a list of things you need to accomplish in a day. Start with what's most important and make your way down the list completing one task at a time.

So these are some ways that can change your life drastically. If you follow these ways for few days, you will automatically see the change in yourself and your lifestyle.
