Caffeine:

Caffeine is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive drug. In small doses, caffeine can make you feel refreshed and focused, but the larger doses might cause headache, anxiety, agitation, and chest pain. Caffeine is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth for a long time. Caffeine can cause birth defects for the fetus, insomnia, nervousness, premature labor, preterm delivery, reduced fertility, and increase the risk of low-birth-weight offspring and restlessness, stomach irritation, nausea, increased heart rate and respiration, and other side effects.

Using pasteurized eggs lessens the possibility of contracting a Salmonella infection. If you eat meat that is raw or pink and bloody in the middle, it may make you ill and could even harm your baby. To stay safe, be sure meats are properly cooked.

Unpasteurized foods:

Avoid Raw Milk and Other Raw Milk Products. Raw milk is milk from any animal that has not been pasteurized to kill harmful bacteria. Which may contain bacteria such as Campylobacter, E. coli, Listeria, and the bacteria that causes tuberculosis. Avoid any cheese made from unpasteurized milk like Soft Cheeses, such as Brie and Camembert, and Mexican-style soft cheeses.

Avoid alcohol:

Drinking alcohol can reduce both men's and women's fertility, and the risks of alcohol may outweigh the possible health benefits. All types of alcohol are equally harmful, including all wines and beer, and which may reduce the chances of having a healthy baby.

Don’t eat fishes disclosure to mercury like Shark, Swordfish, King mackerel, Tile fish, Big eye tuna found in sushi and Skip uncooked fish and shellfish.

Although most foods and beverages are perfectly safe to enjoy, some, like raw fish, unpasteurized dairy, alcohol, and high mercury fish, should be avoided. Especially in the first 3 months of pregnancy as it may lead to increases in the risk of miscarriage, premature birth and your baby having a low birth weight. So eat wise and have health, joy as you welcome your new wonderful baby
