Top 5 facts about the nature of science

Special attention is paid to the nature of science; objectivity, etc., try to understand.  Man has always been curious about his surroundings.  Due to this curious tendency of man, he came to know about the causes of various events, objects, actions, etc.  In this way, science arose from that specific knowledge about a thing, event, or activity, which informs man about the reasons for their existence or happening.  The central nature of science is that questions like 'what was' or 'what should be' are not answered, but rather questions like 'what is, why this is happening' and 'if this continues, what will be the result.'  Answers are sought.

1.  In science, unique methods are adopted to study the reasons for the occurrence of an object, phenomenon, or action, which is called the scientific method.  In these scientific methods, its validity, reliability, objectivity, science analyzes every fact and part of it closely.

2 .  Hypothesis has an important place in scientific thought.  Whenever we see two facts always happening together, we immediately imagine a relationship between them.  Then based on this imagination, new truths are discovered.  The human mind does not make any definite assumptions until all the data is available to it.  Science relies on objective measurements.  Individuals who have not been trained in the scientific method often evaluate by speculation and in a particular way. Those trained in the scientific method are based on the measurement of the results of facts or any other examinations.  Therefore the progress of science depends on good measurements.  .  Science is in search of quantitative conclusions.  For example, a scientist is satisfied not only by knowing that the attraction power decreases with distance, but he also wants to know how far the effect of this attraction lasts.

3.  All the means, instruments, and media used for study in science are generally scientific.  • Science helps man to abandon superstitions and adopt an objective perspective.  Whether she is a scientist or a student studying science has scientific features visible in his attitude. An evident influence of science can be seen in his personality.  He cannot accept any fact without testing it on the criteria of science.

4.  Science is not only the storehouse of knowledge, but it is also the reason for the existence of this knowledge store.  If thought deeply, science is in its essence a process, not a result of a process.  • Knowledge is essential in itself, but even more fundamental is the way to reach that knowledge.  It is not as essential for us to acquire knowledge as to learn the method of acquiring knowledge.  Science shows us the way to reach knowledge by teaching us this method.  Science tells us how to discover causal relationships, how to find fair and just solutions to problems.  How should all these problems be solved? It is all science to us.  .  Scientific ideology is non-partisan.  Scientific ideas do not depend on the beliefs of any particular person, nor do they have any place in the feelings of any individual.  The scientist is only in search of truth.  Partisan reasoning and emotional power are not acceptable to him.

5.  Truth is the only objective.  There is also room for conjecture and speculation in science. Still, ultimately for a scientific theory to be unanimously accepted, it has to meet the criteria of appropriate experiments or observations.  The laws of science are never accepted as the ultimate truth.  Even established and universal laws are not considered permanent in science.  These rules keep changing in the light of new experiences, experiments, and analyses.  Therefore, it is not socially and culturally embedded.
