Emotions allow you to understand others. It allows you to respond appropriately and build deeper, more meaningful relationships with  others. Emotions are often confused with feelings and moods, but the terms are not interchangeable. According to the American Psychological Association (APA), emotion is defined as a complex reaction  pattern, involving, experiential, behavioral and psychological elements. Emotions are how an individual deals with matters or situations they find personal significant. A feeling is the result of emotion and may be influenced by memories, beliefs and other factors. Our feelings are related to our relationship. Most of important is trust. If you trust to anyone's, its mean you want to make any relation  with them. Just like friends, relatives or even strangers. Trust is very important for maintaining any relationship from the heart. Now we talk about our different emotions, for example anger, fear, surprise, sadness and happiness. First, we discuss anger. Anger is an intense emotion  you feel when something has gone wrong or someone's wronged you. Anger is a natural and mostly automatic response to pain of one form or another (physical or emotional). Anger can also express through as a body language. Anger experts describe the emotion as a primary, natural emotion, which has involved  as a way of surviving and protecting yourself from what is considered a wrong-doing. We can also feel irritated by other people's beliefs, opinions, actions and hence anger an effect our ability to communicate effectively. Most  peoples angry because they can keep their family safe from any harm.

Possible physical signs of anger is :

Frequent rubbing of face. 

Increase heart rate. 

Pacing. 

Talking louder.

Being rude and losing sense of humor.

Sweaty palms.

Grinding teeth.

There are some anger management tips :

Think before you speak. 

Once you are calm or express your anger. 

Get some exercise. 

Take a time out. 

Identify possible solutions. 

Use humor to release tension. 

Our next emotion is fear. Fear is a natural, powerful and primitive human emotion. It involves a universal biochemical response, as well as high individual emotional response. Fear is a normal human reaction that protects us by signalling danger and preparing us to deal with it. Fear is an intensely unpleasant emotion in response to recognizing a danger or threat. There are seven level of fear apprehension. 

Discomfort. 

Covert hostility. 

Resentment. 

Denial. 

Ignorance. 

Rationalization. 

Fear is one of seven universal emotions experienced by everyone around the world. How to remove fear from mind and heart?  Allow yourself to sit with your fear for 2-3 minutes at a time

Write down the things you are grateful for.,

Remind yourself that your anxiety is a storehouse of wisdom. 

Exercise. 

Use humor to deflate your worst fear. 

Appreciate your courage. 

Our next emotion is surprise. Surprise is a brief mental and physiological state, a startle response to, experienced by a human as the of an unexpected event. Surprise can have any valence;that is, it can be  neutral, pleasant, unpleasant, positive or negative. Our next emotion is sadness. Sadness is another type of emotion often defined as a transient emotional state characterized by feelings of disappointment, grief, hopelessness, disinterest and dampened mood. Like other emotion's, sadness is something that all people experienced from time to time. Feeling sad is a natural reaction to situations that's cause emotional upset or pain. The next emotion is happiness. Happiness is an emotional state characterized by feeling of joy, satisfaction, contentment and fulfillment. Dr. Fredrickson identified the following as the ten most common positive emotions:joy, gratitude, serenity, interest, hope, pride, amusement, inspiration, awe and love. The word happiness and enjoyment can be interchanged, although increasingly people use the word happiness to refer to their overall sense of well-being or evolution of their lives rather than a particular enjoyment emotion.
