1. Simple One
The Simple One claims to offer the longest riding range than any other electric scooter in the world. It has a 4.8 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers a 6 bhp electric motor to develop 72 Nm of peak torque. This configuration allows a top speed of 105 km/h and a 236 km/charge riding range in Eco mode that restricts top speed to around 50 km/h. Simple One also boasts of spirited acceleration and can go from zero to 40 km/h in 2.95 seconds. Simple One's range can be replenished by up to 2.5 km in a minute, which means the scooter will offer a riding range of around 75 km with 30 minutes of fast charging. Interestingly, a part of this E-scooters battery is removable, making it convenient for the owner to carry it to the charging point at home or office.
This e-scooter comes with provisions like a seven-inch touchscreen, connected features like geofencing, SOS message, telemetrics, in-built navigation, tire pressure monitoring system, smartphone connectivity for features like telephony, music, and more.

Ola electric scooter was launched the same day as Simple One in India and the two products are close competitors. The Ola e-scooter is available in two variants -- S1 and S1 Pro. The S1 gets a 2.98 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that powers an 11 bhp (peak power) electric motor and lets the scooter reach a top speed of 90 km/h. The S1 claims a riding range of 121 km/charge. The S1 Pro, on the other hand, uses a 3.97 kWh battery pack that offers a top speed of 115 km/h and a riding range of 181 km/charge. And as for performance, the S1 can go from zero to 40 km/h in 3.6 seconds, while the S1 Pro can dispatch this run in 3 seconds. Ola electric scooter comes equipped with features like a seven-inch touchscreen instrument cluster, real-time navigation, cruise control, keyless start, hill-hold control, built-in speakers, and a reversing mode.

Ather 450X is currently the best-selling premium electric scooter in the country, although that might change when Ola S1 and Simple One deliveries commence in the country. This e-scooter has a 2.9 kWh battery pack with an electric motor that makes 8 bhp of peak power and can push the scooter to 80 km/h. It offers a claimed range of 116 km/charge. Ather 450X's battery can be fully charged in 5 hours and 45 minutes while fast charging can charge the battery at a rate of 1.5 km per minute or 15 km in 10 minutes. And as for features, the 450X comes with a seven-inch touchscreen instrument panel, Bluetooth for telephony and music, reverse mode, regenerative braking, etc.

4. Revolt RV400
Revolt RV400 was the first all-electric motorcycle to be launched in India. It gets a swappable 3.2 kWh battery pack and a 4 bhp electric motor that allows the bike to attain a top speed of 85 km/h and promises an r50 km/charge. Riding range It can be fully charged in under four hours and has three riding modes -- Eco, Normal, Sport. The e-bike makes use of a fully digital instrument cluster. It provides features like geofencing, finding the nearest battery switch station, bike location with map-guide, bike diagnostics, etc., via the Revolt app. Besides this, the RV400 also boasts of impressive suspension setup, thanks to inverted forks and monoshock.
The more affordable RV300 model also uses a 2.7 kWh battery pack to offer a riding range of up to 180 km/charge in Eco mode and a top speed of 65 km/h. However, the word on the street is that Revolt Motors could pull the plug on the RV300 and replace it with a new product.

The IPraise+ draws power from a 3.3 kWh battery pack that delivers 3 bhp of peak power, a top speed of 58 km/h, and a claimed riding range of 139 km on a single charge. The scooter gets a detachable lithium-ion battery that can be charged 100 percent in four to five hours. As standard, the Okinawa IPraise scooter comes equipped with a fully digital instrument panel, electronic ABS with a regenerative braking feature, and disc brakes on either end. The company also offers a smartphone app with myriad functionalities like vehicle locator, battery info, geofencing, remote immobilization, secure parking, etc.
