In competitive, The match can be up to 5vs5, Counter-terrorists should have to defuse and kill all the terrorists, on the other side Terrorists should have to plant the bomb to win the round. The first team should have to win 16 rounds for the victory. This game mode utilizes the matchmaking system, which means that the other site's players are equal to their rank, but you are also able to invite your friends. In competitive, you should have to play well to achieve the highest rank in CS:GO Global Elite is the highest rank.
