2. Why is the peepal tree worshipped? 

This is because the peepal tree exhales help an extremely high amount of oxygen during the day. Women were advised to walk around the peepal tree early for ideal hormonal balance and easy conception.

3. Why tulsi plant considered sacred? 

Tulsi plant is a natural antibiotic that reduces stress. It increases immunity, longevity, and a particular ability to keep the insect's mosquitoes and snakes in a way. 

Modern Scientific research has acknowledged its medicinal properties. 

 

4. What is the concept behind doing a prayer before meals?
