1. Cruella
In this vibrant comedy set in London, Emma Stone plays a punk rock designer in the mold of Vivienne Westwood. It's on paper a prequel to 101 Dalmatians. Take it on its own, though, and you'll enjoy it a lot more. Estella, a rising star in the fashion world, wins over the attention of one of the most famous fashion designers, The Baroness (Emma Thompson), and lands a coveted job at the world-renowned fashion house. However, after learning her own dark secret, Estella reveals her alter-ego Cruella, an outrageous character dedicated to out-fashioning the Baroness. The high-energy production features banging tunes and amazing dresses, but the real action is the battle between Emma’s.

2.Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar
Wiig and Mumolo write and star in this quirkily funny, brightly colored comedy that defies expectations. The comedy follows two middle-aged best friends who take their first vacation to Florida to the idyllic Vista del Mar. Despite the cocktails and banana boats, super villain Sharon Fisherman has an evil plan for the resort behind the curtain. As a gracious, good-humored friendship comedy through a surrealist lens, Barb and Star offers shades of Austin Powers and could satisfy anyone missing some beach time.

3. Luca
In 2021, Luca will be the newest entry into the sweet comedy canon. Despite these ups and downs, it runs Luca's tale. With productions like these, Pixar has taken a more inclusive stance. A family-friendly animated film about a boy named Luca follows him on an adventure in the Mediterranean. He meets Alberto, a new friend with whom he discovers a surprising trick: they become mermaids in the water. Merboys? Whatever name you want to call it, this film about friendship is adorable and friendly.

4. Bad trip
This film tells Chris's story of proposing to Maria, his love, in New York with Bud, his best buddy. However, when she learns they took her car, Trina, Bud's sister, goes on the warpath. In the category of prank films, Bad Trip is a rollercoaster that works amazingly well. In addition to elevating the humor, the novel's plot is surprisingly structured by a series of pranks and social experiments. Every prank is over the top and screams Eric Andre, but at the same time, they are not trying to point fingers at anyone or do those kinds of social experiments. The movie somehow feels realistic and well-constructed.

5. Thunder Force
There's one thing Ben Falcone will never be denounced for: he brought us Octavia Spencer and Melissa McCarthy in a superhero film. Whatever you think of him, you cannot fault his style. It's a comedy from start to finish; it's nice to see two of the biggest movie stars have fun doing something a little different and being a badass while they do it.
