Bright lime green

They work knowing disgusting. Bitter and absolutely disgusting. There's no way you can ignore that, and it makes absentminded nail-biting that much less satisfying.
Treat yourself to a manicure at home.
If every time you look at your nails, you see a manicure worthy of a salon, you will think twice before nibbling them and destroying all your hard work. It doesn't even need to be colorful or attention-grabbing! A nude manicure or French tips look the same as your nails but better, and both styles are 100% compatible with the most conservative work environments.
If you are not convinced about regular nail polish, consider purchasing a set of gel or acrylic nails from a salon. Acrylic and gel nails are solid and difficult to bite down on. The only problem you may encounter is that you may end up replacing nail-biting with removing acrylics and peeling them off your nails. This is not good and can really damage your nail.
If you are biting your nails due to stress or nervousness, the best way to stop nail biting is to eliminate those stressors. However, easier said than done! In the meantime, the strategies in this article should help you control the habit and reduce nail-bitingly or even eliminate it.
