5-AMD Ryzen 9-5960X + RTX 3090
This is AMD build equivalent to Intel Core i9 11th gen series but gives a better performance than its Intel-based equivalent CPU and gives the best performance any pc can give with 8K high FPS gaming and editing. It can give unbeatable performance in the future, too, when paired with 12 gigs of overclockable RTX 3090 and M.2 NVMe based SSD. It must be kept in mind that AMD has a high heating issue, so it must be paired with a high-end AIO and liquid cooling case if possible to push down to its maximum performance without any issue.
