 The human brain contains millions of cells.  And the number of these cells is estimated to be over 100 billion.  These cells control the functions of the whole human body.

 

 Knowingly or unknowingly, many people do some negative things daily, which slowly destroys these brain cells without their understanding.  Even long-term habits like these can lead to life-threatening illnesses.  Here are five key pointers in moving forward.
