Agnisaar Kriya-: Agnisaar Kriya is used to strengthen the abdomen. It is also used to reduce the fat from your abdomen. How to perform Surya Namaskar-:

  1. Firstly you have to be in a namaste position. Exhale in this position.
  2. After that, you slightly bent your whole body towards your backside and arched both your arms towards your back. Inhale in this position.
  3. Slightly bend your whole body towards your feet and also touch the floor. Exhale in this position.
  4. Sit on your right leg, and your entire weight should be on your right foot; the left leg should be completely behind in a straight position. In this position, inhale and hold your breath.
  5. Then the right leg is back in the position with your right leg. You have to bend your full arms and your forehead towards both your leg. You have to perform Parvatasana.
  6. Then sanstanga pranam or prostration, you have to sleep in the ground but don't touch your full body in the ground. Your hip will be slightly upwards in that position.

 

  1. Then you have to place both your arms beside your chest, touching your whole body. You have to place your chin on the ground and uplift your whole body up to the navel. You have to perform Bhujangasana.
  2. Both your legs will be slightly your arms and your forehead towards both your legs. You have to perform Parvatasana.
  3. Your left leg is forward, and your left leg is back. You have to inhale in this position.
  4. Slightly bend your whole body towards your feet, touching the floor and also your feet.
  5. After that, slightly bent your whole body towards your backside and also both arms on your back. Inhale in this position.

Slowly raise your chin, neck, and chest to you are naval. Inhale firstly when you are going up and exhale slowly when you are going down. Firstly you can perform it 3-4 times, and then a maximum of 21 times, you can perform it.

 Lie down in a sleeping pose, and both hands will be on your side. Slowly raise your legs and perform the inverted posture and support your back with your hand and elbow. You can also support your back with your hands, and when you feel comfortable in this posture, you can interlock both Hands. Keep Breathing.
