If possible, retain the water for some time, otherwise I have seen that people who drink this water immediately start vomiting. For some time, if you can then instigate the root of the tongue by rubbing a finger on the centre of your tongue, you will vomit. But when you are vomiting, try to see that your abdomen is pushed out and thoroughly out of the water. Understand that this technique should be used on an empty stomach, so only in the morning before breakfast. This technique should be done once a month, not every day. After this, care should be taken for 10 minutes, and then begin your other activities.
