1. Excessive abdominal exercises do not mean Abs
Just because more abdominal exercises are inserted into your workout does not mean you will see them faster. Adding a powerful engine to your car will not "see" your car faster.
If you want your six-pack to be visible or more limited, you need to look closely at your diet/nutrition plan and the amount of cardio you make. You need to adhere to a clean diet and count the calories you need during your day. Instead of doing abdominal exercises, you will focus more on the nutrition plan and need to look after your stomach.
To burn fat in your stomach and stomach, you are going to create a calorie reduction. This means that you will calculate your basal metabolic rate (PMR) using an effective calculator. After finding your calories for your BMR, you will subtract at least 500 calories from that number that the calculator came for you.
You have developed a caloric reduction in your BMR. Follow this amount of calories every day for at least three weeks. After three weeks, you will put the required inputs of your information back into the calculator and come up with an updated number.
2. Eating six meals a day will not make your ABS appear faster
If you think you need to eat six or more meals at two or three-hour intervals a day to reduce the fat above your stomach, you are somewhat mistaken. Let me explain briefly. Our bodies respond and recover tremendously from healthy stress and depression. Answer this question: When do you think our body needs more calories and food? If you say after doing strenuous exercise or working hard at work, you are right. After working hard, do you feel hungry? I hope you will. This is a healthy signal that the body needs calories from the food you eat.
Think about your nutrition schedule and plan. Do you consume most of your calories after your workout? Do you eat fewer calories while sitting at a table or moving less?
During these times, your body is not active, and you are not consuming too many calories. Eating a large portion of your daily calories while you are sitting can be damaging. During this time, your body does not burn many calories, and your body converts some stored calories into stored glycogen and fat.
3. Cardio on a fast stomach
Stomach cardio on an empty stomach effectively burns excess fat from your abdomen and body. This is done on an empty stomach because you are forced to burn stored fat for energy and fuel. There is no food/nutrients in your stomach, which is why your body cannot use energy from it.Cardio on an empty stomach is done in the morning. Morning is the best day to do this kind of cardio because you are already fasting. Before jumping on the treadmill or exercising like cardio, you should take an amino acid supplement or any whey protein shake.
This ensures that you do not burn muscle for fuel during a cardio workout. After taking the necessary supplements, get a treadmill, bicycle, elliptical, or any cardio machine. You can also do a HIIT workout. Whatever you choose, stick to this plan for a few months, and you will burn fat from your body.4. Cheating your way
A lying diet helps to raise the critical hormone leptin, which helps in stimulating weight loss. High leptin levels equate to high fat loss. I will show you how to combine a cheat diet during your diet week and help raise your leptin level again. Choose a day of the week and assign that particular meal of the day to your cheat meal. You can choose a whole day of the week, which will be your cheat "day." This deceptive "day" approach will require a more rigorous plan. But for the sake of brevity, we'll talk about fraud "meals."After scattering what your heart desires in a meal, you should return to the diet/meal plan before eating your cheat food for the rest of the day. There is a lot more after the day is over and the next day has started. The next day, you need to change your diet/nutrition plan to a cheat diet to match the surplus of calories you consumed the day before.
We do this by reducing the number of calories you count on a given day. Using that number, we will deduct at least 1,000 calories from it. This will create a profound reduction in calories for the next day to use up the calories the body is temporarily storing from the main cheat diet. You should follow this approach for the next two days. On the second day, I will reduce the calorie intake to 500 calories instead of 1000.
