4 steps to get relief from back pain
Studied natural health methods such as acupressure, electron acupuncture, reflexology, crystal therapy, Chinese magnetic cupping.
I have found that 4 key things play an important role in the health of your spine.
First, there is the posture. I know this isn't the first time you've heard this, but it needs to be said over and over again.
Attention should be paid to sitting, standing and sleeping posture. Start paying attention to your posture at all times. If it's not straight, start working on fixing it.
If you sleep in the same position, when you put both your hands under your pillow while you lie on your side, you can pinch a nerve in your neck if the shoulder of your hand begins to relax.
Gives and leans towards your head or neck. It is better to keep your upper hand on your leg while one hand is under your pillow.
And if you can, buy pillows of a few different thicknesses for overnight stays. I don't know about you, but I can't have a high, fluffy pillow when I lay on my back. But when I lie on my side, a thin pillow gives me neck pain.
The second thing on our list is the flexibility of your back.
When you notice that your back is protruding a lot and your nerves hurt, what you want to do is to bring your spine back into alignment and make it flexible.
Of course, if you think a chiropractor is your best choice, then by all means look for one. But think about your progress if you can align your own back when needed. It's not all that hard!
If you are having pain at this time, then apply ice or heat on that place till the pain starts to subside.
Under no circumstances should you exercise while your veins are swollen or swollen!
You may want to learn Kundalini yoga to make your back more flexible. Not all styles of yoga are like the ones you might have seen on television, where they twist themselves. Kundalini yoga has very good and useful spinal exercises developed to help in flexibility. Kundalini yoga is also a spiritual tool to help, even before meditation.
It is very important to strengthen your back and surrounding muscles. This is the third step to a healthy back.
Doing sit-ups is one such exercise, you do not need to do more sit-ups as long as you feel that you can walk step by step.
Take all these things slowly and at the pace of your body. Your body will tell you how it is feeling. Pain is a warning sign.
Just remember... it's okay to take pain pills when you really need them. But also remember that they don't fix the problem, they just hide the warning signs, they only stop the warning signs, but not the underlying problem.
Health is more than just eating right. Mental health, environment and many other factors have to be considered. It is not so easy for the doctor to diagnose and treat the whole problem, especially if it has its roots in psychological issues and has gone undiagnosed for a long time, and has become a physical problem.
The fourth and final step in back health is to start a daily stretching routine. You
have seen cats and dogs wake up when they wake up, try it for yourself!
The key to back health is keeping it actively flexible and strong, or well-supported by abdominal and back muscles. You may have to find that happy medium in the middle like I have, too much power in one area will pull the other.
Each person is distinctly different in many areas. So never think that what works for someone else will work for you. You may have to build on someone else's information and work it into your personal schedule.
I suggest you learn a little about acupressure as well as how to maintain your pain when it flares up.
I have found that I can manage pain by applying pressure to only certain areas of the body, using acupressure. But there is something I suggest you seek a professional for help, or look for someone who does acupuncture, or take an acupressure course like I did.
