1) Why do the eyes of some animals shine in the dark? 

 Animals' eyes shine in the dark.

These animals' eyes have a thin layer of a special crystalline substance that reflects the light falling on them.

This reflected light is the cause of the shine. The animals which have this property are called Nocturnal Animals. 

2) Why do Crackers have many Colours?

The color is provided by the salts of metals like strontium, barium, magnesium, and sodium. 

They are mixed with potassium chlorate. Barium salts give out green color, while strontium sulfate produces light Sky Blue color.

Strontium Carbonate produces yellow color, whereas strontium nitrate produces red. 

Aluminum Powder in the fireworks produces silver rain. 

3) Why does the Flame always rises upwards? 

All fuels, such as wood, matchstick, or candle, contain Carbon & hydrogen. 

When these substances burn, Carbon combines with oxygen in the air and forms  Carbon dioxide. Similarly, hydrogen also combines with oxygen and forms water. 

Some other gases are also produced. The burning gases are what the flame is made of. The gases produced during the combustion are lighter than air, and so they rise. 

As a result, the flame also rises upwards. 

4) Why don't Oil and Water Mix? 

According to a Scientific principle, only those substances make solutions that have similar types of molecules. 

For a substance to dissolve in water, its molecules must form electrostatic bonds with the water molecules. 

Molecules of water are polar. For example, Sodium Chloride (Salt) is dissolved in the water because Salt also has a Polar character, which easily causes dissolve salt in water. 

Oil molecules do not dissolve in water because it has different molecules than water; oil has Covalent bonds. 

5) Why does the Sky appears Blue? 

Sun is the main source of light for the earth. When the sunlight passes through the atmosphere, it is scattered by dust particles, water, and air molecules. 

When the sun rays pass through the atmosphere molecules, the Violet, Indigo & blue Colours get reflected the most and the red Colour the least. 

We look at the Sky. The light that enters our eyes mainly consists of violet, indigo, and blue color. 

The mixture of these colors is also blue. 

6) How does Chameleon changes its Colours? 

The Upper layer of Chameleon skin is transparent, but the layer underneath it has cells containing yellow, black & red pigments. 

These pigments are granular in structure, and they move & spreads the colors in the body. Emotion also played a role in changing the color. 

7) Why does the Bread have Pores? 

Bread is made from Dough by Kneading Flour with water, yeast, sugar, and salt are added to it. 

Yeast causes the dough to rise by forming bubbles of carbon dioxide gas in the dough. 

Then, it is baked in Oven, and as a result, in Oven, the bubbles burst and become small pores. 

8) Why our Right hand & legs are larger than the left? 

Because the inner Constitution of the body is not symmetrical and because of asymmetrical development, these things occur.

All right things are larger than the left, like right face, right foot, and because we have done the work more than the left portion of the body. 

Therefore, the Right side is more developed and large than a left portion of the body.
