1) Chamomile

The botanical name of Chamomile is Matricaria Recutita and Anthemis nobilis. German chamomile is an herb native to southern and eastern Europe, and it is popular throughout the world. The name of chamomile in Greek is earth Apple. German chamomile helps in intestinal gas, travel sickness,, stuffy nose, hay fever, diarrhea, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by taking it orally. It also reduces breast soreness and ulcer.
Research suggests that taking capsules containing 220 to 1100mg of German chamomile extract daily for 8 weeks reduces anxiety and depression in adults with generalized anxiety disorder. This plant works by containing chemicals that might seem to promote relaxation and inflammation. It is also used as cosmetics soaps and mouthwashes. And also in the form of food, beverages, and Flavouring.

The scientific name of this plant is Cassia Occidentalis. It has a wide variety of roles in traditional medicine. In Indonesia, young leaves and fruits are eaten steamed as a vegetable, and fruits are also consumed RAW as a side dish with rice. It is used as a broad-spectrum internal and external antimicrobial for lives, disorder for intestinal worms and other parasites, and immune system stimulants.

Children with bronchitis who start taking a specific Umckaloabo extract within 48 hours of feeling sick symptoms of fewer will be cured after 7 days of treatment. Taking Umckaloabo extract three times per day seems to help reduce symptoms and clear up the common cold after 10 days of treatment.
