The procedure to signup on this website is also the same as the other two, and the scope of work is also the same. Here you can work as an employee or can post jobs by acting as an employer.
The tasks which you have to perform are also the same as the other two. But there is a difference to start work at this site because after signing up, you have to pass a small test to start working in some countries. This test is not mandatory for all countries' workers but mandatory for some regions.
There is also a difference in this site because when you accept a job, it is locked for you, and you have to perform and submit the task within the given time.
Withdrawl methods are Paypal, Skrill, Payoneer, and AitTM. But before 1st withdrawal, they send you a pin at the physical home address you gave while signing up. But this is done only before your 1st withdrawal and not after that.
