Top 3 Ways to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Top 3 Ways to Control your Subconscious Mind

Before knowing about the ways to control our subconscious mind, it is necessary to know a few points.

What is the conscious and subconscious mind?

We must remember that there are not two minds. Conscious and subconscious can be regarded as two activities of the same brain.

The conscious mind is the reasoning mind, the part which is in your direct control. It will question you/your decisions and sometimes argue with you too. It takes decisions such as.

  • Picking a book
  • Choosing your home
  • Selecting something from a menu card

The subconscious mind is the part independent of your conscious control. It is also known as the seat of your emotions and creative activities. It does not question your rationale and never argues. It learns from what is consciously believed by you or impressed upon it.

How can controlling your subconscious mind help you?

Your subconscious mind is an infinite source of intelligence and power. Those who unlock it by believing in that power, can achieve their goals in life. A magnetized piece of iron can lift at least 12 times its own weight. On the other hand, a demagnetized iron can not do the same. Every person is born demagnetized; it is the subconscious mind which magnetizes us.

A Story to Remember- An old lady was trapped alone in a house that caught fire. Normally, she had problems even walking properly, but she pushed aside a large cabinet to make her way out of danger. It happened because a danger alarm rang in her consciousness, which unleashed the hidden capabilities of her subconscious mind.

First - “Stop questioning yourself and your abilities.”

(1) Never use terms such as-

  • Things are getting worse
  • It is hopeless
  • I see no way out
  • I don’t think I can do this

(2) Using these kinds of statements will not help you through your problems. The infinite source of intelligence is your subconscious mind. It can give you every solution you require. However, the aforementioned negative statements will never help you get your answer.

(3) For a clear answer to your question, you need to have a clear-cut conclusion in your conscious mind. When your mind is made up with no negative elements, it will get converted into your belief and start giving you results.

Second - “Talk to yourself before and after sleep.”

(1) The best time to impregnate your subconscious mind with positive ideas and images is before and after sleep. It is because we are in a drowsy and sleepy state at that time of day. All the negative thoughts are minimized, and hence, it minimizes the conflicts between our desires and imagination.

(2) There is no conflict between what we desire and what picture we present to our subconscious mind. It gives you the way to your goals, and automatically, it works towards the solution.

(3)  Try to keep a simple approach of waking peacefully by channeling your thoughts. Once you are awake, resuscitate your ideas and make yourself feel joyous and energetic to implement them.

Third- “Always believe in your hidden potential.”

(1) Most of us commit a common mistake is leaving hope when things do not turn out the way we plan in our subconscious mind. Controlling your subconscious mind and getting results from it is a complex process. There are manys associated with it that wethat to analyze before jumping to any conclusion.

(2) It is a long and time-taking process. A great amount of patience is required to watch the seed grow. We need to understand that doing your subconscious work for you requires some real fundamental changes. For example- a simple habit of waking up at 4 am can be made in around 10-15 days (Though scientifically, the number is 21 days).

(3) If you cannot get the desired results, it is because your message has not been properly conveyed to your subconscious. Instead of frowning upon it or losing hope, you should try to give a clearer picture of the result you want. Think about some minute details and let the subconscious mind dig in the details for answers. Remember, the answers that come in front of us from nowhere actually come from the subconscious.
