A balanced diet provides your body with nutrients necessary to fight against disease, infection, low performance, fatigue.

Drink enough water to stay hydrated and energized. Since your brain is mostly water, drinking water helps you think, focus, concentrate better and be more alert. Drinking enough water (4-5 liters) helps your body maintain body fluids' balance. Your body is composed of 60% of water. It also benefits weight loss, improves skin, flushes out toxins, helps your body function well.

Avoid sugary drinks and foods and junk foods like chips, pastries, pies, burgers, etc.

[2] Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps prevent a wide range of health issues and concerns, including heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, strokes, depression, several types of cancer, arthritis, falls, etc. Exercise helps to lose weight and makes you fit. It helps you to have a deep and sound sleep which helps the brain to gain energy. Not only that, but it also helps your body regain strength and builds your muscles.

Squats, plank, cycling, lunges, walking, hip-hinge, parallel dips, pushups, etc., are exercises that can help one maintain their body.

Sleep helps regulate blood sugar, prevent illness, reduce inflammation, boost your immune system, strengthen your heart, etc. Better sleep is equal to a better mind.

People who don’t get enough sleep are at a greater risk of getting diseases related to heart or stroke than those who take a complete sleep of 7–8 hours per night. Even poor sleep can cause diseases like type 2 diabetics, stroke, increased inflammation, depression. Loss of sleep may even cause you to be socially inactive.

Sleeping at the proper time is also one of the reasons to keep you healthy. Studies show that sleeping from 9 pm to 4 am is a must for all because, during this time, our body relaxes and regains strength for the next day.
