Knowledge is an important part of human life. We all need knowledge. There are different sources of knowledge. One of the common sources is studying. To study a book, we need some preparation.

The main duty of a student is to study and to learn things. In today's world, competition is everywhere. Study doesn't remain the same thing. Knowledge of a student is tested by examinations. And the marks obtained in an example determines the degree of knowledge someone has. It is not a good tool to determine someone's true knowledge. But, as it has become the only source to determine the knowledge of a student, so we cannot ignore this.
It is very easy to study a thing if it seems interesting to us. But it is not always the case for a student. A student has to learn some fixed course, has to read some fixed books. They may not find the books interesting. So, it becomes a mental pressure for them to read those uninterested books. Moreover, fear of exam creates anxiety, and it further decreases our brain power to learn something. Then how to cop up with this situation?
Curiosity
When we become curious about something, we want to explore the truth. Curiosity is itself a fuel to make us study a thing. So, become curious about your books. At first, chose a course which is interesting to you. Remember, curiosity makes things interesting. Always choose your course tactfully. Don't copy others. A thing may be interesting to someone, but it may be boring to you. Chose only that thing which makes you feel comfortable. Don't follow the society's established views. A society may say that you should study science and become a doctor. It may be the trend of the society. Society may criticize you for your decision of not choosing a medical carrier. But you must choose a carrier which you find interesting.
Now, the second thing about curiosity is that, if you are allowed to choose your book, always try to choose books which makes you curious. You will find interest in reading such books and your doubts will be cleared. But if you get no choice and the board or University chooses your books, then try to make them interesting by yourself. For that, you may study with your friends, or you can try to use your knowledge in practical field.
