HITMAN-3
Hitman 3 (stylized as HITMAN III) is a stealth video game released in 2021 by IO Interactive for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Stadia, and Nintendo Switch. It is the eighth major installment in the Hitman series and the last installment in the World of Assassination trilogy, after Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2. (2018).
Six different locales are included in the main game: Dubai, Dartmoor, Berlin, Chongqing, Mendoza, and an epilogue set in Romania's Carpathian Mountains. Hitman and Hitman 2 owners may transfer maps, levels, and progress into Hitman 3.
Persistent shortcuts, a new gameplay component to the Hitman franchise, are included in the new locales in Hitman 3. Each stage contains a number of originally locked doors that can only be accessed from one side; once unlocked, these doors remain accessible in all subsequent playthroughs, allowing previously closed-off places to be reached more rapidly.
According to the developers, the game would be "far more adult, serious, and darker" than previous editions in the trilogy.
The game was self-published by IO Interactive and was launched on January 20, 2021, for Windows via Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, and streaming service Stadia.
RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE
Resident Evil Village got mostly positive reviews, with acclaim for its gameplay, location, and variety, but criticism for its riddles, boss fights, and performance difficulties on Windows. The game's greater emphasis on action compared to its predecessor elicited more divided reactions.
While Village retains the survival horror components of the Resident Evil franchise, the game has a more action-oriented gameplay style than its predecessor.
Resident Evil Village is a first-person survival horror game created and published by Capcom that was released in 2021. Players assume control of Ethan Winters, who is on the hunt for his kidnapped daughter after a fortuitous encounter with Chris Redfield and finds himself in a mutant-infested neighbourhood. While Village keeps the survival horror elements of the Resident Evil franchise, the game's gameplay style is more action-oriented than its predecessor.
The game's main adversaries, the werewolf-like Lycans, are not only agile and clever, but they can also carry weapons and attack in packs, forcing the player to choose whether to spend limited ammo, engage in melee combat, or flee. To fight off attackers, similar to Resident Evil 4, improvised barriers can be constructed.
The game was revealed in June 2020 during the PlayStation 5 reveal event, and it was published on May 7, 2021, for Windows, PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox and Stadia.
The Medium
Bloober Team created and released The Medium, a psychological horror video game. It was published on January 28, 2021 for Microsoft Windows and Xbox Series X/S, and on September 3, 2021 for PlayStation 5.
The Medium is a third-person psychological horror game in which you play as Marianne, a medium who can go into the spirit realm. Being ability to live in two worlds helps in puzzle solving. Her psychic talents may also be employed against enemy forces, and they can be replenished by connecting with energy locations known as spirit wells.
Bloober Team created The Medium, with lead designer Wojciech Piejko and producer Jacek Zieba coming up with the concept in 2012. The game's central premise had been a medium and her ability to view two worlds at the same time. According to Piejko, The Medium conveys the idea that "there is no universal truth."
They had intended to release it in 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U, however displaying two points of view at the same time proved to be a technological hurdle for these platforms, thus Bloober Team scrapped the concept.
As the firm waited for technology to catch up, the notion of The Medium evolved into its own sort of mythology inside Bloober.
