
During video conferencing, there is often a need to share the screen, like showing a photo or video, or it can also be a tutorial. The good thing is that video calling apps like Google Duo, Zoom, Google Meet allow you to share your screen content with others. By the way, many of you people must have known about these apps and also used them. Today I will tell you a method by which you make a video call to someone, and if you want to share anything while making a video call, you can share it very quickly, like- photo, video, etc. And what precautions need to be taken while sharing pictures or videos. So let's know what is method makes it so easy.
Zoom Video Calling :

Here is the way to share screen or share video during a call with Zoom Video Calling -
First of all, you open Zoom on the phone and join the meeting. Now tap on the Share button at the bottom of an ongoing discussion. After this, after the pop-up appears, click on Start Now. Now Zoom will start sharing your screen with the participants in the meeting. You will get floating controls to annotate the screen.
Google Duo:

To share the screen on Google Duo, first, open the app and make a video call. During a call, tap the screen to see the options below. After this, you will be asked for permission to share the screen. Click on Start Now to grant permission. If you want to share the device's audio along with the screen, click Audio Share. If you do not want to do this, then tap on Do not share again. After this, Google Duo will start sharing your screen with other people in the video call. You can minimize Duo and open applications, photos, videos, or anything you want to show to others. After you're done, return to Duo and tap the Share screen again to turn off Screen Share.
Google Meet:

It is straightforward to share the screen during video calling on Google Meet too. During a Google Meet video call, click on the three-dot menu. After that, select the share screen. Now you have to click on Start Sharing, then click on Start Now. After this, Google Meet will now start screen sharing with other participants. You can minimize Google Meet and share whatever you want on your screen. Screen sharing can be turned off from the notification panel.
How to take care of privacy during video calling:

1 - Keep screen sharing off unless necessary. Screen sharing so other users can see what you are doing. Limit screen sharing to applications only or turn it off completely.
2 - Consider using the waiting room and don't let people in before the meeting host arrives. Waiting rooms allow the host to see who is attending the meeting.
3 - The default setting is changed on video conferencing apps. For this review, the default privacy setting.
