  • United States Of America (USA) - the USA is leading the list with 2827 Olympic medals, out of which 1127 are Gold Medals, 907 are Silver Medals, and 793 are Bronze Medals. The USA is home to Michael Phelps, the Olympian with the most number of individual medals. He won 28 awards (23 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, and 2 Bronze Medals) in swimming.

  • United Kingdom (UK) - the UK is second with 883 Olympic medals, including 274 Gold Medals, 299 Silver Medals, and 310 Bronze Medals.

 

  • Germany - Germany got the third position with 855 Olympic medals. 283 Gold Medals, 282 Silver Medals, and 290 Bronze Medals.

  • France - Fouth in France, with 840 Olympic medals, including 248 Gold Medals, 276 Silver Medals, and 316 Bronze Medals.

  • Italy - Italy is fifth with a total of 701 Olympic medals. Italy won 246 Gold Medals, 214 Silver Medals, and 241 Bronze Medals.
