10. Paschimottanasana (sitting folded forward)

You can hold your thumb or place your hand on the mat. Repeat for several breaths; Inhale, lift and straighten your spine. Exhale and bend your knees.

9. Balasana (child pose)

Your chest and stomach rest on your thighs or in between (when your knees are extended). After the pose, take a deep breath and repeat for 6-12 breaths.

Now raise your arms in a straight line at shoulder level and then move to the right of your waist and touch your shins, ankles, feet, or the floor, whichever is comfortable for you. Keep your body in a proper upright position and your knees straight.

Don't lean forward. The left hand reaches the ceiling. Take a long, deep breath, then repeat on the left side.

5. Tadasana (mountain pose)

Now, as you inhale, lower your stomach to the floor, lift your chest and look up at the ceiling. This is known as the cow pose. Now, exhaling, turn your back toward the ceiling, pull your stomach in toward your spine and look down at the floor.

If you can't keep your spine straight, place a book under your right arm. Take long, deep breaths while sitting down. Repeat on the other side.

1. Suhasana (simple pose)

Maybe not everyone finds it easy to sit like this. In this case, place a pillow under your thighs for support. When you feel comfortable, pay attention to your breath.
