Top 10 Yoga Asanas for perfect Body

1. The Garland Pose, or Malasana

One of my favorite stances of all time is this lovely squat. Malasana makes the practitioner into a charming tiny nugget by opening the hips and releasing the lower back. Examine modifications and advice on how to get deeper or easier in this pose.

2. Staff Pose with Four Limbs, or Chaturanga Dandasana

One of the most popular—and frequently abused—poses in Vinyasa yoga is chaturanga. Pupils frequently rush this position and misalign themselves, which can cause harm if done repeatedly. Take a look at my tips below to revisit this basic pose and start thinking of it as a stand-alone position rather than a transition.

3. Extended Triangle Pose (Utthita Trikonasana)

The Trikonasana. What a timeless standing position! Though standing poses are generally disregarded in our modern society, I consistently practice this one rain or shine. It's a wonderful method to open up your body (and mind), strengthen your core, and relieve your lower back.

4. The Crescent Lean

Without this ideal standing stance, I can't fathom doing yoga. My favorite exercise to open my hips and psoas, create room in my chest, and feel strong on my feet is the Crescent Lunge.

5. Headstand with Support (Salamba Sirsasana II)

A wonderful series of poses known as inversions can completely change our viewpoint and infuse us with a powerful sense of empowerment. Due to its wide base, the tripod headstand is one of the simpler inversions to balance. If you want to progress into more complex transitions, like descending into arm balances, it's also very helpful to comprehend.

6. Supported Bridge Pose, or Salamba Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

This is where I feel content. Strangely enough, I can't stand classic Bridge Pose. I could smile while spending hours there if I added a block beneath my lower back. This is a wonderful method to relieve the front body and the spine while still maintaining the benefits of the shoulderstand.

7. The camel pose, or Ustrasana

For many people, the camel position evokes feelings of love or hate. To maintain the neck happy and the lower back supported, it's important to initiate all the right alignments throughout the body. The multiplicity of variants is what makes them so beautiful. Well, let's get started.

8. Janu Sirsasana, or the Forward Bend from Head to Knee

This one might seem unrelated, but I've loved it since my Ashtanga days. In addition to relieving the hamstring and calf of the straight leg, this amazing forward fold also opens the hip of the bent-knee leg. Additionally, it encourages the pupil to pay attention to the little details, like aligning the chest with the straight-leg knee.

9. Leaning Enabled Twist

One of the most basic poses to teach us how to twist properly is the reclined twist. You'll be safer practicing twists in more difficult poses if you can master the mechanics of this technique.

10. The Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose by Viparita Karani

This is an amazing pose that works well for students of all skill levels! The ideal pose to unwind from a long day or practice standing up is Leg-Up-the-Wall. In addition to being a great posture if you have trouble sleeping, it empties the legs.
