 Dry fruits like cashew, almonds, raisins generates heat in the body. They are also beneficial in curing anemia and other diseases that are caused due to a lack of iron and vitamins. All you need to do is eating them raw or mixing them in milk.

➢  HONEY:

 Honey is warm, and by consuming it regularly keeps the body warm. Honey is also beneficial in fighting against cold cough and flu as it strengthens the immune system. Sipping some honey or having it in warm water in the morning is a good way to stay fit and warm.

➢  ROOTS VEGETABLES:

 Soups are very popular and one of the best winter comfort dish. A variety of nutritious vegetables and many other healthy ingredients may be used to prepare soups like clear vegetable soup with carrot, broccoli, spinach, mushroom, and tomato soup are liked by everyone. These veggies have loads of nutritional benefits and keep the body healthy in winters.
