Top 10 Ways for Better Mental Health

Top 10 Ways for Better Mental Health.

Although it is a complete invention, the mysterious concept known as “The Force” is based on some basic principles. In the movie Star Wars, "Force" is talked about mostly by members of a Jedi religion. The heroic priests of the Jedi Order have served as major sponsors of what they believe are the main ideas of The Force.

The concept and order are mythical, but the principles by which Jedi lived their lives are excellent guidelines for human life, especially in the midst of all the turmoil of today's world. As long as The Force's "Side Side" can be equated with evil but with negative effects on one's life, the principles of the Jedi Code can easily be used to build a personal philosophy of living a healthy, complete, and healthy attitude. Below you will find the main principles of Jedi philosophy and some ideas on how to change them in the trials and tribulations of modern life.

No feelings; there is peace.

Being able to control one's emotions was very important to the Jedi, as their duties always required them to remain as purposeful as possible. Fear and anxiety can have a detrimental effect on a person's decisions, which in turn can cause damage to a person's health. By managing your stress and anxiety, isolating yourself from the tasks that need to be done, you can effectively find better solutions to your problems than you would if you let your anxiety affect your analysis of the situation. This idea is not advisable in rejecting a person's feelings, for doing so can lead to more anxiety and psychological problems than solving them. It simply states that people should let thinking and reasoning govern their decisions, not their feelings.

There is no ignorance; there is information.

The Jedi Order confirmed the prescribed information pursuit. To support the search for enlightenment, they built a large library with extensive information on various subjects and disciplines needed to teach and train the Jedi. They also shared that knowledge to better enlighten the same people they were trying to protect. Many anxiety disorders and phobias can be reduced if people take the time to understand things. A little knowledge can help a person overcome the fears and anxieties that a person experiences when exposed to a completely different culture. In some cases, anxiety disorders can also be overcome by simply equipping the human mind with sufficient information about the source of the anxiety, thus allowing the person to better understand and deal with the problem.

There is no love; there is peace.

Like the original goal, the Jedi believed that being overly attached to something is dangerous since it could interfere with one's judgment and intent. For the people in their positions, inconsistency was fundamental in all cases.

The same can be said of anyone beautiful in today's world. Emotions and passions can interfere with our ability to make good decisions. It can have a detrimental effect on our ability to recognize our mistakes and correct them to avoid further damage. Peace in the face of an impossible position can go a long way in keeping the mental state stable and far from "going to the post office." As long as you do not allow your stress and anxiety to stay bad, then your mind will be quiet then you can make better decisions and take a closer look at what is happening in a person's life.

There is no death, only the Society.

The Jedi believe that when a person dies, they join the Force. This made it possible for them to see death not as a bad event but as a change in circumstances. In line with modern life, negative events can be portrayed as “death” in a philosophical sense, with “The Force” acting as a metaphor for life itself.

In other words, it basically means that, apart from all the negative events in a person's life, without fear and anxiety, nausea caused by corporate and family activities, there is still life itself. To use one metaphor to describe another, if something bad happens, take time to stop and smell the roses. Your whole life will not be dictated by a single-car accident or improper suspension. Life goes on and on, and you have to do the same.

Taking all of the above goals into account, it is difficult to see how they can fail to lead to a better state of mind or modern life's chaos. That is if they are followed as a personal philosophy and can be considered as guidelines only. Alternatively, one is bound to burn very quickly if one uses the contrary to the above principles.
