1 – Fishing Cat
This medium-sized wild cat is found in limited quantities in Pakistan. The fishing cat lives near rivers, lakes, and streams. The last sighting of this amazing cat took place in 2012 in Sindh.
2 – Asiatic Black Bear
The black Asiatic bear is found in other parts of Pakistan. Statistically, the population of this wild bear is close to a thousand animals in Pakistan.
3 – Grey Wolf
The gray wolf is found in the deserts of Tharparkar, in Colistin, and the lower hills of Baluchistan. The number of gray wolves depends largely on livestock, especially sheep and goats. They also eat small mice like rats.
4 – Sind Krait
This is the most venomous snake found in Pakistan. A snake is often confused with a common kraal. Pakistan has a large population of Sind Krait. It is found in various parts of Sindh as well as in other parts of northern Pakistan.
5 – Indus River Dolphin
This freshwater dolphin is found on the Indus River in Pakistan. There are five different places on the Indus River where the dolphin is found. These areas are separated by irrigation barriers.
6 – Himalayan Brown Bear
As the name of the animal suggests, it is found in and around the Himalayan Mountain Range. It is the largest animal found in the Himalayas. The color of the bear is reddish-brown or brown. The value of this beautiful animal is only 150 to 200 in Pakistan.
7 – Mugger Crocodile
Mugger's crocodile is also known as the Indus crocodile and the Indian crocodile. This crocodile is medium in size and can grow up to 16 feet [16 m] in height. It is found in freshwater lakes, lakes, depressed rivers, swamps, and wetlands. It is the only crocodile species found in Pakistan. The estimated number of Mugger crocodiles in Pakistan is between 400 and 450. It is found on rivers in Sindh and Baluchistan.
8 – Asiatic Cobra
Asiatic Cobra is the most venomous species of cobra in the world. This dangerous snake is found in the northern part of Pakistan. If you ever come across this dangerous snake, stay away from it. A woman was once bitten by a snake in northwestern Pakistan. He suffered from severe neurotoxicity. He was taken to a nearby hospital but died on the way to the hospital. Immediately, appropriate treatment should be given if bitten by an Asiatic cobra.
9 – Alpine Markhors
Markhor is also the national animal of Pakistan. This beautiful wild goat is found in the mountains of northern Pakistan. The population of Markhors is estimated at 2,500 in the world, and this time, 1,500 Markhors are found in Pakistan.
10 -Snow Leopard
This is a scarce animal found in the mountain ranges of South and Central Asia. In Pakistan, this beautiful wild animal is found in the mountains of northern Pakistan. According to reports, there are only 200 Snow Leopards left in Pakistan. These are found in the Hindu Kush, Karakoram, Pamir, and the Himalayan Mountains in KPK, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan.
