Ask for help
One of the most crucial aspects of maintaining mental health is recognising when you are not feeling well and knowing when to seek help. There is no shame in asking someone for help when you are feeling down or depressed. Everyone goes through areas where they do not feel as good as they should. You can try talking to your friends or family, or if you think your mental health is beyond your control you can talk to your doctor.
